The journal Psicológica was founded in 1980 at the University of Valencia and, in 2006, became the flagship journal of the Spanish Society for Experimental Psychology (SEPEX), publishing articles that cover the full spectrum of Experimental Psychology.

Our journal operates on a supported model, funded by the Spanish Society of Experimental Psychology and the Department of Methodology and Behavioral Sciences of the University of Valencia. Each organization contributes up to €1,500 to cover annual expenses.
